PARTIES INVOLVED This agreement is between myself, Jen Robison and BrightLove Images (the photographer) and you, (the client), for a Family Portrait Package. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE Your photography package, priced at $200, covers: -A consultation to plan your shoot (we’ll chat about locations, outfits, or any special ideas!). -Your photoshoot at our agreed upon location, date and time. -A final gallery of 5+ professionally edited Heirloom Portraits, delivered digitally within 2-4 weeks after your session. I will then carefully curate and edit your gallery to make sure it shines. If there’s anything you’d like tweaked (like specific edits that’s reasonable and doable), you can request those edits for one additional editing pass. BOOKING FEE AND PAYMENT To reserve your session, a $40 booking fee is due when you sign this agreement. This fee is non-refundable unless you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session time. The remaining balance of $160is due by the date of your photoshoot. You can pay via Venmo, Paypal, Check, or Cash. If payment isn’t received on time, I (photographer) reserve the right to cancel the session and retain the booking fee. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE The photos we create are copyrighted by Jen Robison and BrightLove Images. You’re welcome to use them for personal purposes (think sharing on social media, printing for your home, or gifting to family). However, please do not add filters or further edit the images in any way, to protect the artistic integrity of the work. BrightLove Images may use images from your session in online portfolio, website, or social media content to showcase my work. If you’d prefer I not use your photos, just let me know in writing before the photoshoot (email is okay), and I’ll respect your wishes. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING Life happens, especially with kids! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your session, your $40 booking fee is refundable/transferable. Otherwise, the booking fee is non-refundable, as we’ve reserved that time just for you. If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (like illness, emergency, technical failure), we’ll reschedule promptly or refund all payments made. LIABILITY I will take every care to keep you safe during your session, but please make sure you (and any little ones) stay mindful of your surroundings. I (the photographer) am not responsible for any injuries or damages that might occur during the session. You agree to hold BrightLove Images and Jen Robison harmless for any accidents that happen during or around the shoot. DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS I will deliver your final gallery within 2-4 weeks, but rarely editing magic may take a bit longer (especially during busy seasons). If there are any delays, I’ll keep you in the loop. Once delivered, please download and back up your images right away, as I will save them for three months, but I do not store client’s files long-term unless they are included in my portfolio. I do not give RAW unedited files. A USB drive of your gallery may be delivered upon request. GOVERNING LAW This agreement follows the laws of OREGON, USA. If any disputes arise, we’ll try to resolve them together, but if needed, they’ll be handled under OREGON law. Entire Agreement This is the full agreement between us. Any changes need to be in writing and signed by both of us.
